Our artists typically take 3-5 business days to create your digital proof. Once approved, printing and framing take an additional 2-4 business days before your order is shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our family portraits worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Can I see a preview of my portrait before it is printed?
Absolutely. We send a digital proof to your email for every custom order. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the artwork before it goes to print.
What materials do you use for your frames and canvases?
We use gallery-grade cotton canvas and sustainably sourced solid wood frames. All prints use archival inks designed to resist fading for over 100 years.
What is your return policy for custom artwork?
Because our portraits are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.
